Description
POWER FASAD is a specialized cleaning product based on active sodium hypochlorite.
It was developed for effective and fast removal of green tarnish, mosses, molds, algae and other organic dirt from the surface of facades and buildings. Designed for fast and effective removal of intense biological dirt – algae, lichen, mosses and green tarnish. Ideal for heavily contaminated facades and exterior surfaces requiring thorough cleaning before further restoration work.
It is not designed for degreasing – its main task is to eliminate biological contaminants and refresh the appearance of cleaned surfaces.

Usage:
Ready to use without cutting in very heavy dirt. Dilute the preparation with water at a ratio of 1:3 (for lighter dirt). Apply with a washer or brush on the cleaned surface. Leave for 10 – 30 minutes (do not allow to dry). Rinse abundantly with water and apply Neutral Facade Neutralizer.
❗️ Note: This product contains active sodium hypochlorite. Test on a small area before use. Do not use on surfaces sensitive to alkaline and oxidizing agents (e.g., non-ferrous metals, wood).
